We realize that shopping online comes with certain challenges since you aren't able to try the clothes on before purchasing them....and lets face it, not everything fits everyone the same! We are all different!
Much of our clothing is a young contemporary fit.
Our clothing comes from many different independent designers and as a result each item can vary in sizing. We will do our very best to list in the product description if an item runs large or small to help you find the best fit possible. If we list an item as slim fit it means it is form flattering (not small, but designed to be tight.) If we list an item as generous that means it runs on the bigger size so you may want to size down if you are between sizes.
If it's true to size then we consider it as the following: Small 0-4, Medium 6-8, Large 10-12.
We want our customers to be happy! In the event you should find yourself in need of returning an eligible item, please review the following very carefully:
All returns will be refunded with store credit. Your store credit will never expire and may be used on any item of your choice.
All eligible items for return are required to be securely and neatly packaged, must be postmarked with tracking, and shipped within 10 days of original parcel receipt. You are responsible for all returning shipping cost.
Non qualifying items - smells of smoke, pet odor, or body odor: has stains, animal hair, has been washed/worn, or if the item is damaged it will not qualify. Items must be in its original condition with hang tags attached.
Sale or Closeout Items are marked at/or below cost! They are AMAZING deals on items that we only have a few left of and we are always making room for new inventory: due to this, they are a final sale and ineligible for a refund.
For Hygienic purposes and the best interest of our customers - All sales are final on earrings, undergarments, hair accessories (including hats), socks, and eye wear.
If you are returning shoes, the shoes must be returned in their original box and placed inside an additional protective shipping box such as the box that your shoes were mailed to you in. Unfortunately, other customers do not want shoes that look used and damage to the shoe box make the shoes ineligible for returns.
Once we receive returns they will be processed within 3 business days and at this time you will be issued a store credit through your customer account email in the price of the item(s).
Defective Items OR Problems with Shipment
PLEASE inspect ALL items as soon as they arrive. All damages and any problems need to be reported within 2 days of arriving. We will happily get you taken care of and apologize if this happens! We do our very best to inspect each and every item as they come in and again before packaging up your orders!
Please keep in mind that many of our items are HAND WASH ONLY, please do not wash in any type of machine. The delicate cycle or hand wash machines are not always guaranteed; sometimes items tend to shrink or bleed. Please see tags for instructions on how to properly take care of your item because we know you LOVE them as much as WE DO! Also, we HIGHLY RECOMMEND hang drying everything!
